Absolute Best Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

When you see a recipe with a title "Absolute Best" - you have to try it out, right?! I just want to confirm for y'all that this is the ABSOLUTE BEST stroganoff. It really is. It was so rich and the golden mushroom soup had a really great smokey flavor to it. It made this a killer dish - definitely a crowd-pleaser!

What you need:
  • 2 lb. cubed meat
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 3/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Garlic and paprika
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • Egg noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:

Mix soup, onion, Worcestershire, water, garlic, and paprika in slow cooker.
Add meat and stir.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cream cheese and cook on high for 10 minutes.

Give it a stir and serve over egg noodles.

Oh I love beef stroganoff! Great for winter weather. I make mine with sour cream and beef mushroom soup. Your recipe sounds good!
